Survey reveals high levels of satisfaction with Wolverhampton City Credit Union

A survey of Wolverhampton City Credit Union (WCCU) members has revealed continuing high levels of satisfaction and enthusiasm for the community bank’s innovative approach to online banking. Results of WCCU’s second service improvement survey show:

  • Over 92% of members are either ‘very satisfied’ or ‘satisfied’ with WCCU
  • Over 98% of members would recommend WCCU
  • Over 73% of members find it ‘very easy’ or ‘easy’ to bank online with WCCU
  • Over 56 of members find it ‘very easy’ or ‘easy’ to bank using the mobile app
  • Over 53% regularly bank online or via the mobile banking app
  • Nearly 30% of members prefer to phone or visit the branch

WCCU’s manager Matt Goulding said: “After another year of growth in membership, savings and loans, it’s good to know that we continue to improve on already high levels of satisfaction.

“We’re particularly pleased with the way members have taken to online banking and our mobile banking app. Members like the speed, flexibility and convenience online banking offers and over 40% of our transactions are now conducted online.”

Matt added that WCCU will take on board service improvements suggestions from members. “We’re already working on issues raised such as better premises at our Worcester Street branch, a better website and the provision of larger loans. And we’re already working on member suggestions for a higher profile in local communities.”
