Better customer service, low interest rates and no High Street Bank nonsense is why I will always remain loyal to WCCU and their ethos to help the local people/community. I joined many years ago and honestly, they have allowed me to save efficiently and purchase life changing items ie a house and a car on a regular income. Wolverhampton City Credit Union is absolutely fantastic! The staff are always polite, friendly and go out of their way to help in any way they can. I find the app very useful and can easily transfer money between my accounts. I would definitely recommend WCCU to anyone. Also, the loans are very affordable and so much less interest rates than other lenders.
