Wolverhampton City Credit Union is Going Cashless
From Monday August 2nd 2021, WCCU will no longer be accepting cash deposits or permitting cash withdrawals at our Wolverhampton branch.
The Coronavirus pandemic has pushed financial institutions to implement new processes and policies to create and maintain a safer environment for their customers.
As the world is moving more towards digital banking, more of our members are already using online rather than cash transactions.
Moving forward, members can use their Credit Union Debit Cards or use the WCCU App for transactions. The Wolverhampton City Credit Union App allows you to manage your account ‘on the go’ at your convenience.
You can also visit us in branch where our friendly team will be here to help by appointment only. You can schedule your appointment by telephone or email.
Moving to Cashless will enable us to:
• Maintain social distancing for our members and staff
• Keep our small branch as safe as possible
• Give a personal experience for all members via scheduled appointments
• Provide faster turnaround times for Credit Union loans
• Give customers more flexibility by using our mobile App - helps perform transactions with a few clicks
